Neurodiversity CPD Accredited
Train your own Sanitas Hub Neurodiversity Champion to deliver the Neurodiversity at Work workshop in-house. Founding 50 launch package £950, then from £20 per employee.
We’re excited to introduce the Sanitas Hub Neurodiversity at Work Programme — a practical workplace learning programme designed to help organisations build understanding, confidence and more inclusive working environments.
Rather than relying on an external trainer every time your organisation wants to train its people, the Sanitas Hub model helps you build your own internal capability.
Your organisation trains a member of staff to become a Sanitas Hub Neurodiversity Champion.
The Champion then has access to the Sanitas Hub workshop and digital resources, enabling them to facilitate the Sanitas Hub Neurodiversity at Work workshop internally.
The first package includes:
Once your organisation has its Champion, you can train your workforce internally.
The workforce learning element is £20 per employee.
That means the more people you train, the lower your overall training cost becomes compared with bringing an external trainer into your organisation for every session.
For example:
| Employees trained | External training at £175pp | Sanitas Hub model* |
|---|---|---|
| 25 | £4,375 | £1,775 |
| 100 | £17,500 | £3,275 |
| 1,000 | £175,000 | £20,950 |
| 10,000 | £1,750,000 | £200,950 |
*Based on the £950 initial Champion/workshop package plus £20 per employee. Additional Champion requirements are priced separately.
Larger organisations may want Champions across different departments, sites or business areas.
That’s exactly where the model can scale.
Your organisation can add additional Sanitas Hub Neurodiversity Champions at a 20% reduction on the £950 package — £760 per additional Champion.
This means you can build a network of Champions across your organisation while keeping delivery internal.
The aim isn’t simply to provide another workplace awareness session.
It’s about helping organisations create ongoing internal capability.
Your Champion becomes part of that capability, while Sanitas Hub provides the structured workshop, digital learning, resources and measurement.
Participants can complete:
2-hour facilitated workshop + additional digital learning
giving them the opportunity to complete up to 4 hours of structured Neurodiversity Awareness learning, depending on the learning they complete.
The programme also collects participant feedback and pre/post learning measures, helping organisations understand how the programme is being received.
Train a Champion → Train your workforce → Measure learning → Build internal capability → Scale across your organisation
We are initially opening this opportunity to the first 50 organisations.
£950 for the first Sanitas Hub Neurodiversity Champion + workshop licence.
Existing Sanitas Hub Neurodiversity Champions can access the programme for £625, as they have already completed the Champion element.

I recently completed a three-day training course with Christina James at Sanitas Hub to become a Mental Health First Aid practitioner and Neurodiversity Champion, and I cannot recommend the experience highly enough. Christina delivered the training with exceptional professionalism while maintaining a warm, approachable, and supportive atmosphere throughout.
I attended the 2 day Mental Health First Aider training with Christina at Sanitas Hub. The delivery of the course was exceptional and she really brought the subject to life. Despite it being taught virtually for the 2 days, I was completely engaged and despite some tough subjects, I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to join this course.
I have just completed the MHFA course with Sanitas Hub, provided by Christina James and it was brilliant. She was an amazing instructor, gave lots of real life experiences and brought a positive energy to a difficult subject. Christina was understanding, and provided lots of extra information you cannot find online or in books. I would highly recommend her courses to others.
Christina James is an excellent instructor. After the MHFA course I feel more confident in helping others successfully and most importantly ensuring my own mental health is ok in the process. When it comes to any other related courses or refreshers I would definitely seek her as a tutor!
Highly recommend this course with Christina, she is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to mental health. A very informative & interactive two day training session. Care is taken when heavy subjects are undertaken to make sure everyone takes sufficient breaks & is doing ok. I thoroughly enjoyed it & feel like I have the skills required to go forward as an MHFA.
The course has been lovely, it was very useful to learn the material in the context of Christina's real world lived experience with some of the conditions mentioned on the course, and invaluable to find out best practice tips when approaching such cases. The format was brilliant and interaction in the group was very helpful.
